I've always wanted to do something new, to work on a field I can develop. Even in XXI century functioning of human neurvous system is a mystery for us, as a humankind. It's hard to say how much I am impressed by the complexity of human brain. Finally, my main motivation is that feeling, that there is a lot to do and to discover in this field, because as a civilization we still know barely nothing in neurosurgery. I hope that we can change that and I'm more than interested to contribute.

I am fascinated by neuro-oncology even more than neurosurgery. However, since neurosurgery is currently the best therapy available, I believe it is essential to have a solid understanding of its basics. Who knows, I might even find it so captivating that it leads me to change my career path or meet future colleagues with whom I can collaborate in treating patients together. What I am certain of is my desire to acquire extensive knowledge about neurology and the brain.

The brain and nervous system are incredibly complex, and being able to understand and treat conditions that affect them is both intellectually stimulating and rewarding.

I cannot really stress about how fascinating and unexplored the nervous system is. Since I have started learning about human body, the intricacies of brain have become great passion of mine. Neuroanatomy lessons have simply let me fall in love with this subject even more. The best part of neurosurgery is that you may both observe its functioning vividly, as well as directly participate in it. My main motivation is to contribute to evolving this specialty, as I reckon this field has not shown its whole possibilities. Therefore the chance to deepen my knowledge, at this early stage of my education, as well as to meet likeminded colleagues is what draws me the most.

I love neurosurgery because it combines psychomotor surgical skills with cognitive and affective skills to heal the intricate nervous system, which controls every aspect of the human body. The complexity of the brain and nervous system offers room for new discoveries and exploration as they are yet to be fully understood. Neurosurgery requires utmost precision, focus, and intuition honed through years of study, experience and research. Trusting my expertise in manipulating delicate brain structures to improve patients' lives is incredibly rewarding. After conversations with an expert neurosurgeon, I am convinced that neurosurgery is my true passion. With the scarcity of neurosurgeons in my country, I see it as an opportunity to actively contribute and challenge myself intellectually, fostering creativity and continuously learning over my lifetime.
